Bulls versus Magic Sports Betting Pick

Free Pick: Bulls/Magic Under 210.5

We’re just under two hours away from tip off in the Bulls at Magic game, but there has already been plenty of line movement. This game opened with a 212 total and immediately started to move downwards. Throughout the day today it’s gradually climbed back up which I’m guessing is either because of smaller general bets coming or because of the announcement that Evan Fournier will be back in starting lineup. Either way, I’m still thinking the under is the way to go here. Currently 63% of tickets are in the over. Even with a majority of tickets being put in on the over, the total has actually moved down to 210.5 now (it was lower earlier). There are a few other reasons I’m liking the under in this game as well.

  • Both teams rank bottom-13 in the league for pace.

  • Chicago/Orlando are 0-11 Over/Under their previous 11 matchups played anywhere.

  • Chicago/Orlando are 0-6 Over/Under their previous 11 matchups in Orlando.

  • Both teams rank bottom-4 in the league for Offensive rating.

  • Orlando is 1-4 Over/Under their previous five games.

  • Chicago is 1-4 Over/Under their previous five road games.

  • Chicago is 2-2 Over/Under their previous 4 games with 2+ days of rest.

  • Orlando is 1-4 Over/Under their previous 5 games with 2+ days of rest.
  • Sure, the Bulls have one of the worst defenses in the league. Still, Orlando’s offense doesn’t exactly give me a bunch of confidence. The reverse line movement I see in bets, along with all the data above, has me thinking there is no way I could go with an Over in this game. I’m going Under 210.5 tonight!
